Yes, we have free parking for residents.<\/p>

What is the difference between a Charming room and a Luxury room?
Our Luxury rooms are larger than the Charmes rooms and offer more amenities. They have a separate bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet from the bathroom. Entrance to the relaxation area is included for the Luxury and Junior Suites rooms.<\/p>

Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, we can offer rooms for the whole family.<\/p>

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers can indulge their cravings outside the hotel or on the balcony of some rooms.<\/p>

Do all rooms have a safe?
Yes, regardless of the category, you can store your valuables in your room.<\/p>

Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
Yes, subject to availability, you can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking. The price is \u20ac30 per night.<\/p>

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot and bottle warmer on request and subject to availability.<\/p>

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room for people with reduced mobility, as well as a lift.<\/p>

Do you have a lift?
Yes, the hotel is equipped with a lift to every part of the hotel. You can access the Junior Suites and Luxury rooms directly from the garage lift.<\/p>

Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open in the evening: Najeti Restaurant les Pins Parasols; and a brasserie open at lunchtime: Najeti Brasserie du Club House.<\/p>

When and how can I access the relaxation area?
The Kitao spa is open from 10am to 6.30pm on weekdays and from 9am to 8pm on Saturdays. Due to the success of our relaxation area, it is only accessible by reservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 noon.<\/p>

Do you have a luggage store?
No, but it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early and the hotel knows about it.<\/p>

Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Yes, we like pets and accept them on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The fee is \u20ac15 per night per pet.<\/p>

Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.<\/p>

What should I do if I forget something in my room?

No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. However, you can also book one of our special offers, which all include breakfast.<\/p>

Are tourist taxes included in the price?
The tourist tax is not included in the rates. It is 2.00 \u20ac per person per night.<\/p>

Are the rates and availability the same if I book on the website or by phone?

Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.<\/p>

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment you wish: bank card, holiday voucher, cash. We do not accept bank cheques.<\/p>

I have not received a booking confirmation. How can I do this?
We send a confirmation email with every booking. However, if you have not received this email within 15 minutes of making your booking, please check your junk mail. If the email is not there either, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay.<\/p>

How can I change or cancel my booking?
